We are three small communities in Campbell County (Herreid, Pollock and Mound City) located in North-central South Dakota. Everyone talks about the wonderful Midwestern ethic. Why wait for one Midwesterner to come to you when you could move all or part of your business here and take full advantage of all Midwestern workers?
Though very rural, we are very modern. Because we have our own independent telecommunication company, we have access to the latest telecommunications technology, being one of the first places in the country to have high-speed internet.
Along with this, we have excellent highways (U.S. Highway 83 is a major international trade route), airport, wonderful schools and medical facilities, building space, no corporate or individual income tax, property land tax incentives, churches, nearby golf courses and the best hunting and fishing anywhere plus many other advantages. It is a well-known fact that Midwestern workers increase productivity while lowering input costs.
Give us the opportunity to prove ourselves to you and increase your profitability.
