Mission

Provide sustainable homeownership opportunities for low-to moderate-income people by providing volunteer and financial resources to local and national nonprofit housing organizations.

To accomplish this mission, we work with established local and national nonprofit housing organizations that have demonstrated the ability to create homeownership opportunities for low- to moderate-income families. We also support nonprofit housing organizations that help low- to moderate-income homeowners make necessary repairs and upgrades.

We are committed to giving back to the communities where our customers, staff and business associates live and work. Thousands of Americans are realizing their dreams of homeownership through Wells Fargo team members' volunteer efforts and the financial support of the Wells Fargo Housing Foundation.

A Half-Century of Serving South Dakotans

For more than half a century, the three nonprofit organizations comprising GROW South Dakota have fulfilled a vision of “GROWing sustainable communities through housing, community and economic development.” In 1966 the Northeast South Dakota Community Action Program (NESDCAP) was established as a Community Action Agency in the War on Poverty and has served thousands in 17 counties with emergency services as well as various housing programs.
