Affordable Connectivity Program
GROW South Dakota has implemented a new program called the Affordable Connectivity Program. The Affordable Connectivity Program can help individuals receive FREE or REDUCED internet access.
You or your dependents must participate in one or more of the following programs:

Free and Reduced-Price School Lunch Program or School Breakfast Program
-
SNAP
-
Medicaid
-
Federal Housing Assistance, including one of the following:
-
Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program (Section 8 Vouchers)
-
Project-Based Rental Assistance (PBRA)/Section 202/ Section 811
-
Public Housing
-
Affordable Housing Programs for American Indians, Alaska Natives, or Native Hawaiians
-
-
Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
-
WIC
-
Veteran’s Pension or Survivor Benefits
-
Lifeline
-
Lives on Qualifying Tribal lands and participates in:

Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance
-
Tribal TANF
-
Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations
-
Tribal Head Start
-
-
Or are below the 200% Poverty Line
