La Bella Vita

Cynthia Premus and Julianna Stern, Owners; Webster, South Dakota

“Small town people deserve the big city feel,” stated Julianna Stern, co-owner of La Bella Vita, in Webster, SD. La Bella Vita provides a big city experience by offering a variety of spa services to their small community including: massage, facials, manicures, pedicures, tanning and salon services and products.

In 2012, Julianna Stern, a licensed massage therapist, and Cynthia Premus, a cosmologist, decided to combine their individual businesses to provide easy access for the community to receive both type of services under one roof. With a financing package from GROW South Dakota and another local nonprofit organization; they remodeled a building, added staff and products, and have created the spa atmosphere that the community deserves.

La Bella Vita’s Main Street location has a large front window reminding individuals’ to indulge in spoiling yourself or a loved one.  What started out as a simple idea to combine two businesses has turned into a successful, one stop shop.
