Home Mortgage Loans

GROW South Dakota's direct loan program helps individuals and families make their dream of homeownership a reality with financing for a home purchase.  Our experienced staff will be with you every step of the way.  Our loan program provides funds for the purchase of a new or existing home in the state of South Dakota.  GROW SD will finance loan amounts up to $250,000. Down Payment/Closing Cost Assistance

Down Payment Assistance is available for potential homeowners purchasing in a rural area of SD.  Eligibility requirements and income guidelines apply.

USDA 502 Direct Loans

GROW South Dakota is a Loan Packager for the USDA Rural Development 502 Direct Loan program.  Visit the self-assessment tool on the USDA website to determine eligibility.   To apply, request by email a 502Direct Loan Application Packet at sfhdirectSD@usda.gov or call (605) 352-1100.

Homeownership Education and Housing Counseling

GROW South Dakota is a HUD-approved Housing Counseling Agency and Housing Education Resource Organization (HERO) offering individual and online education for homeownership.
