GROW South Dakota can provide potential homeowners with down payment or closing cost assistance, (DPA) on the purchase of their home.
Applicants in owner-occupied homes and that are eligible participants of the South Dakota Low Income Energy Assistance Program (energy assistance) may qualify to have their furnaces repaired or replaced if the furnace is not operating or not operating properly. Please call GROW South Dakota, prior to having any work done on your furnace.
