GROW South Dakota Digital Literacy program offers FREE options to renew or expand your knowledge of the digital world. We have multiple courses to fit a variety of needs and can also work with you on a one-on-one basis.

Learn to Earn a Device
Enter for a chance to receive a device by completing and passing TEN digital literacy courses on our FREE platform NorthStar. Once you have taken the courses and passed the assessments, you will be entered for the possibility to receive a device. GROW South Dakota reserves the right to refuse devices to any individual. Limited to residents in the following counties: Beadle, Brown, Buffalo, Campbell, Clark, Codington, Day, Edmunds, Faulk, Grant, Hand, Hyde, Jerauld, Kingsbury, Marshall, McPherson, Miner, Potter, Roberts, Sanborn, Spink, & Walworth. The NorthStar program offers classes on: Basic Computer Skills, Internet Basics, Using Email, Windows, Mac OS, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Docs, Social Media, Information Literacy, and Career Search Skills. These classes are self-paced and can be retaken if needed. If you would like a certificate GROW South Dakota can proctor the test at the end of the course.
