Buying a house for the first time can be intimidating. No one knows that better than Allison Daly of Sioux Falls.

Allison also qualified for down payment assistance to aid with the initial costs of purchasing a house. “Because of GROW South Dakota, my overall monthly costs were lowered to a point where I could live more comfortably while also having the opportunity to save money at the same time,” stated Allison.

 Now Allison can settle down in her new house in the city she’s always called home.
